Terms of Service

1Accounts & workspaces

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity within your workspace, including the actions of members you invite and the roles you assign them. Keep your registration details accurate and your credentials secure, and notify us of any unauthorized use.

2Your data

You retain all rights to the data you and your members put into the Service (“Customer Data”), including data about your own clients and contacts. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process that data. We process Customer Data only to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy and any Data Processing Addendum, where we act as your processor.

3Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to access data outside your own workspace or circumvent tenant isolation.
• Do not disrupt or probe the Service except under an authorized security program.
• Do not upload malware or unlawful content.

4Plans & fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise; usage-based fees are billed in arrears. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing may change on renewal with prior notice. The open-source edition may be self-hosted under its applicable license.

5Availability & changes

We aim to keep the hosted Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice of material changes.

6Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To that extent, QuxKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

7Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request export or deletion of your workspace data. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.
